How to Use a Shuffle Referral Code

Before you touch the signup form

You need a unique email you control, a password manager, and a crypto wallet that can send a listed asset (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, or whatever the cashier shows). Numbered UI steps

1. Load Shuffle from the claim link. Wait until the lobby header renders. If a cookie banner appears, accept or reject it — it does not replace the referral field.

5. Find the referral / promo row. It sits with the account fields, often under the password. If you only see email and password, look for “Have a code?”, “Referral code”, or a chevron that expands optional fields. Scroll inside the modal — on mobile the row is frequently below the terms checkbox.
6. Paste BONUS20. One word, no spaces, no quotes. If the field rejects characters, type it manually. One referral code per account — do not try to stack a second code in another field.
7. Tick 18+ / terms. The submit button stays dead until this is on. Read Shuffle’s terms at least for prohibited countries and bonus abuse language.
8. Submit Create account. If validation errors appear, fix them without closing the tab. Closing after a partial submit is how you end up with an account and a blank partner tag.
9. Confirm email if Shuffle sends a link. Then open Profile / Account → Rewards, Promotions, or Referral. You want to see the account linked to the referral program while the balance is still 0.00, and to read Shuffle’s current terms for any referral rewards shown there.
10. Only then open Wallet → Deposit. Select the coin and the exact network Shuffle prints. Send a test-size amount if you have never used that rail. Troubleshooting

Code not applied / field rejected

Trim spaces. Turn off iOS “smart punctuation” that can inject a special hyphen. Disable a second affiliate cookie by opening the link in a fresh private window. If the UI says the code is invalid, you may have typed BONUS 20 with a space, or Bonus20 with a character Shuffle’s matcher does not fold. Try BONUS20 in all caps as a single token.

If chat says the code is valid but your account shows no referral link, you likely submitted before the field was filled. Ask support straight away: Shuffle’s help centre says a referral code can only be added to a brand-new account with little or no wagering, and an existing code cannot be changed. Do not deposit “to see if it appears.”

Existing account

BONUS20 is a new-account code. Shuffle’s help centre says support can only add a referral code to an account that is a few days old with minimal wagering, and cannot swap a code that is already attached — so an older Shuffle login cannot add it later. Creating a second account to attach a code is a multi-accounting violation and a common reason balances get seized. Play the account you have, or walk away.

Region restrictions

If registration or cashier reports your territory is blocked, that is final for BONUS20 purposes. Do not hop VPNs to finish signup. Withdrawals later will see the same IP/payment mismatch. The code is not a licence.

Deposit credited, reward not showing

Check you used a listed coin and that the amount met any minimum in Shuffle’s current promotion terms. Check you are looking at the casino wallet, not only sports. Check nothing was already forfeited by a withdrawal attempt. Then chat, with the transaction hash. Sending a second deposit is not a fix.

What happens after you enter the Shuffle referral code
